Updating the Signaturgruppen Broker transaction signing certificate.
This update will not change the actual signing certificate, but just introduce the new signing certificate to the discovery endpoint.
We will update the actual signing certificate after 24+ hours after this update in another update.

Integration should not be affected, unless the transaction signing certificate has been pinned.
