Updating Broker Simulator to new version
* Refactored DB models and core logic * Improved integrated with MitID testtools - allowing more automatic synchronization and lookups of MitID PP identities when available - fallback to persisted data when MitID is unavailable. * Migrated all MitID Erhverv identities. * Fixed some known issues related to case-sensitivity of usernames.
No downtime expected. No changes for current integration.
